Rebranding of a 25-year old consumer window and door company meant a new name and a new corporate identity rolled out via multiple media channels. The new name we proposed was Clera Windows + Doors and the brand position of See beauty. Add value. We determined this from our brand audit, which included researching the company’s position from its sales force as well as its customers and potential customers point-of-view. Its previous name and marketing efforts had positioned them amongst smaller, hook and ladder competitors, but the quality of their products and their manufacturing capabilities required a brand that could compete with the large, national players.
